EQUIPMENT
What equipment do I need for class? (Click to see answer)
For all of your classes, you will require a set of hand weights, and an exercise mat.
For women, we recommend starting with 5lb weights. For men, we recommend starting with 8lb weights. This is just a guideline. Talk to your instructor if you have any concerns about the weights you are using.
You will also need an exercise ball for some of your classes.
If you have a class on either a Wednesday or Thursday, you will need your ball for those days during the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th week of the program. You do NOT need your ball during the first week of classes. Most of our members use a 65cm ball.
Your Body Buster Instructor will bring to class a variety of other equipment to keep the classes exciting, fun & interesting.
***All equipment may be purchased from Body Buster and can be delivered to you at your class.***

The exercise ball is only used during Wednesday and Thursday classes of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th week of the program. You do NOT need your ball during the first week.

2) On that page, the system will want your email and password. If you have not set up your password yet, just enter your email address, and submit.
3) The system will email you instructions on how to set up your own password. Once you do that, you are good to access all the member areas.

MAKEUP / RESCHEDULING CLASSES
Am I allowed to reschedule a class? (Click to see answer)
Yes, depending on class space availability. Any rescheduling requests MUST be made at least 48-hours prior to the class you will miss.
Rescheduling requests are processed through CRIS.
All active members have access to C.R.I.S. - the Client Registration and Information System.
You can access CRIS through the Members menu, or click here - Link To CRIS
I missed a class. Can I make it up? (Click to see answer)
Body Buster allows makeup classes in the event of a personal, family, or medical emergency, where 48-hours prior notice could not have been provided.
Body Buster allows two(2) makeup classes per program.

I already used my two makeup classes. Can I makeup more? (Click to see answer)
Members can purchase credits that can be redeemed for additional makeup classes. We always urge members to use their free makeup classes wisely as to not waste them.
I slept in and missed my class. Can I schedule a makeup class? (Click to see answer)
No. Body Buster allows members to makeup a missed class due to personal, family, or medical emergency. "Sleeping in" would not qualify for a makeup class.
Other situations that do not qualify:
Friends invited you out for dinner
Your favourite TV show is on tonight
You wanted to go see a movie
You felt tired after work
If you know at least 48-hours in advance that you will miss a class, you CAN reschedule (to a maximum of your two allowable per program).
Why do I have to provide 48-hours notice when requesting a makeup class? (Click to see answer)
Since space in our classes is limited, 48-hours notice allows another member to take your place.
Can I just call or email in when I need to schedule a makeup class? (Click to see answer)
No. With hundreds of members, we are unable to manually process all the requests we receive each program.
If you call or email in a change request, it most likely will not be dealt with in a timely manner. Our administrative staff are very busy, and will likely email you back with instructions on how to use CRIS:

No!
Rain or Shine!
This is BOOTCAMP after all! Class will go on!
INDOORS - Is class cancelled during a snow storm? (Click to see answer)
It depends on the severity of the snowstorm.
If the facility should close down due to weather, classes will be cancelled and all members will be able to makeup their class at another date & time. (via CRIS)
Otherwise, class does go on.
How will I know if class is cancelled / rescheduled? (Click to see answer)
Should I call or email to check for cancellations? (Click to see answer)
No. Please check the Cancellation Page in the Members Zone.
Please refrain from calling and emailing the office to see if the class will be cancelled. With hundreds of members, it is not possible to handle a flood of phone calls every time the weather is uncooperative.
Will you notify me when my class is cancelled? (Click to see answer)
We will do our best.
As soon as we have confirmation of a cancelled class we will update the Members Area. That is the best place to check to see if your class is cancelled.
If we have sufficient notice, we will send emails to the affected members.
In rare circumstances we will phone and/or leave a voicemail.
